If you’re a bit like us and uninspired for something to do on a Sunday afternoon as a couple in Newcastle and a little further afield then look no further. We’ve compiled a list of over 50 great date night ideas in Newcastle (a lot of them you can turn into date day ideas too!)

Newcastle has a bustling mini golf scene with plenty of courses, some of course better than others. What’s best about mini golf is that you can be competitive in your couple or can even double date. Here’s a list of courses you might want to visit if you’re looking for date night ideas in Newcastle.

Ghetto Golf

Located at Hoult’s Yard this over 18s only 18 hole mini golf course is our favourite in Newcastle. With an onsite bar and place to eat it really is the whole package. The holes are all themed and are a mixture of skill and luck shots which make for a really enjoyable experience. Booking for Ghetto Golf is essential.

Located next to The Gate, Newcastle this central location is ideal for heading to before grabbing food or drinks. With a great atmosphere and again some skill and luck shot holes it’s great entertainment.
