With only 3 months Vegas countdown left on the clock I’m removing all sins from my life for heading back to Sin City. That means anything alcoholic including a frozen pineapple daiquiri, chocolate, and naughty carbs. In a bid to shift 2 stone in the 3 months I’m about to get super strict. I’ve been on Protein World shakes and porridge for the last two weeks and have noticed a huge change.
When the weekend comes around though. That’s when I feel my weakness setting in. I crave cocktails and house music. I’m dying to get dressed up and head out. Until I remember I’d rather look and feel great when it comes to heading to Vegas.
To satisfy my cravings though I’ve been treating myself to healthy juice recipes for that sweet tooth of mine! Stop, before you think all the green juices that look like pond water and feature kale, spinach, and more disgusting green gloop think again. What I’m talking about is creating cocktails to give those Vegas pool parties, those rooftop terraces, and those frozen yards a run for their money. Think frozen pineapple daiquiris, Pina Coladas, and beauty-boosting berry drinks but with a twist!
How To Make The Best Non-Alcoholic Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri In 10 Minutes
Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri Recipe
One of my favourite all-time cocktails is a non-alcoholic frozen Pineapple Daiquiri, especially when it is served extravagantly in either a hollowed-out pineapple or in an Absolut Elyx copper Pineapple.
This is such a great drink to help quench your thirst on a super hot sunny day or if you have kids who absolutely love fancy cocktails then this always goes down a storm. This easy recipe seriously is a simple 2 ingredient job to create a non-alcoholic cocktail or 3 ingredients if you are hardcore and making it alcoholic for your guests at your BBQ or at a garden party.
Like I’ve said this recipe is super easy to create and if you have a frozen attachment on your juicer will be ready in less than 10 minutes. No frozen attachment? No worries, just create the recipe and pop it in the freezer for a little while. If you want to make an alcohol version, then (free pour) a double shot of white rum will completely change this cocktail into a boozy afternoon drink. Are you ready to make one? Let’s get juicing.

Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri
Create a non-alcoholic frozen daiquiri with elegance to curb those holiday blues.
Ingredients
- 2 Pineapples
- 1/2 Lime
- 4 shots White Rum (optional)
Instructions
-
Cut the top off the pineapples about 1/2″ down to create a ‘lid’, then hollow out, putting the flesh to one side
-
If your juicer has a frozen attachment add this now (if not you’ll need to freeze once juiced for about 25 minutes to create a slush). Juice the pineapple flesh and the lime together.
-
If creating alcoholic version add the rum and the juice into a shaker – a Boston glass works best and serve. Garnish with a pineapple chunk
Once you make your first frozen daiquiri you’ll be able to make them faster in future. You can also switch up the fruit, frozen strawberry daiquiris and frozen peach daiquiris are also really delicious too and come highly recommended to try.
The best way to make a frozen daiquiri is by using a juicer with a ‘frozen’ attachment and absolutely love tech gadgets and juicers have really made themselves at home in our kitchens over the past couple of years. Here are my top 3 juicers for the novice, the intermediate and the seriously advanced juicing-enthusiast.
