Messy Mud Pies
No-bake, clean, vegan chocolate mousse
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados peeled and stoned
- 60 grams 70% cacao powder
- 3 tbsp Manuka honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful berries optional
Instructions

Blend avocados in the food processor until completely smooth

Add cacao powder, honey and vanilla extract to the food processor and blend until mixture is completely blended. You might want to use a spoon to mix after blending.
Taste, if too bitter add a little more honey to taste.

Spoon the mousse into ramekins and add berries to garnish (optional) place in the fridge for an hour to set. Then enjoy.
