3 Easy Reasons To Choose MOR Sausages This Summer 1

First up the Mediterranean Chicken with Sundried Tomato Chipolatas.

A fan of a chicken sausage these were flavoursome and delicious. The light chicken flavour allowed for the rich taste of the sun-dried tomato to take the lead with flavouring. These sausages would be perfect for slicing over a leafy salad or for tossing into a simple pasta dish.

Moroccan Spiced Pork, Cauliflower & Chickpea Sausages

The general consensus was that these were the favourite sausages of the range. These pork choices were perfectly paired with chickpea and cauliflower for a smoother tasting sausage. Whilst the Harissa paste gives them a kick. From a family of spice lovers, these were a resounding hit. Perfect by themselves, sizzling straight from the BBQ. This flavour would also be great served in a Tagine or over bulgar wheat, with a tahini dressing for a light Summer dish.

Pork, Super Green Veg & Lentil Sausages

These super green sausages are extremely earthy and have a heavy taste. They were ranked as our least favourite of the selection due to their taste. They would, however, work well in either a Sausage, Kale and Ricotta Bake or as a pizza topping.

Pork, Beetroot & Bramley Apple Sausages

The most homely of the four, these traditional sausages are made with a twist. The earthy tasting beetroot perfectly compliments the sweetness of the Bramley apples to give a great warming flavour. This sausage, a popular choice on the BBQ would also be great for one of the nation’s favourite dishes. Sausage & Mash. Teamed with a rich onion gravy these sausages would make for the perfect winter warmer, or comfort food dish! Alternatively, throw them in a toad in the hole to enjoy.

MOR sausages have been lovingly created to be tastier, less fattening and with more flavour. They certainly deliver on all fronts. They cater for all meat lover’s tastes. Are ideal for this Summer’s BBQ season of for adding to any meal. Packs are priced at £3 each and contain 6 sausages per pack (Chicken Chipolatas contain 10 sausages).
