Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 Fresh Red Chilli add 2 if you like spice
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh Coriander
  • 1/2 Lime Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  1. Peel onion and garlic.

  2. Add everything into a blender, blend until chunky, give it a quick stir then refrigerate until cold
