Fatblaster Meal Replacement Review

You know when you’re waiting for your big break? It’s kind of like that saying about men and buses. You wait and then two come along at once. That’s exactly what happened to me three weeks ago.

Apart from my big break came in the form of two broken bones. Having gone from going to the gym daily to hardly being able to move, or do much work not only has had me crawling the walls. It’s also impacted on my fitness and the weight loss programme I was so into.

Obviously, I’m ridiculously annoyed at the inconvenience of having a broken left arm (I’m left handed by the way) so when the Fatblaster range landed I knew it was perfect timing.

Fatblaster commence

Available on Amazon and from Holland & Barrett; the FatBlaster package is readily available. You want to know if it’s worth the squeeze though now don’t you?

I’ve never been one for meal replacements, probably because I enjoy my food too much. Way too much. That’s the reason I need to shift some weight too. I did research the quality of the shakes and what I was actually taking. The first day or two I felt ill I’m not going to lie, I was starving. The appetite suppressants weren’t doing anything so I ditched them after day two.

For breakfast and lunch I had shakes washed down with a couple of FatMagnets and then for dinner I finished with chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. A proper body builder dinner.

Day 3 and 4 were alright and by days 5 and 6 I found swapping my meals out a breeze. I did, however, when it came to day 7 feel a little sad that the chocolatey goodness was coming to an end. Having thoroughly enjoyed not having to think about what to eat. I could really see and feel a difference in myself especially in my clothes.

The final countdown

Day 7 came and went and my last shake was consumed. By the morning of day 8, I stepped on the scales. Bearing in mind I had done absolutely no exercise. 6lbs down. SIX POUNDS. SIX WHOLE POUNDS. I was ecstatic, to say the least!

Totally gobsmacked that I could lose that amount especially whilst out of training.

I absolutely loved the FatBlaster shakes and the FatMagnet, I think I can live without the appetite suppressant though. I just wish they came in month long tubs for ease instead of 7-day blasts.
