Lady who Launches – Flannels Blogger Event

Last night I attended the launch of Flannels Metrocentre’s new store with my ultimate tagger and best friend. A perfect place for Elle Blonde to have a fashion nosey, with a host of luxury brands playing residence in the new store which also has locations in Sunderland, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff and 6 other locations.

Flannels is a fashionistas paradise stocking brand names such as Jimmy Choo, Valentino, Vivienne Westwood, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren and Forever Unique to name just a few.

The night was kicked off with bottles of Lanson & Peroni or for those not drinking ice cold Strathmore water. This was shortly followed by canapés. The tiger prawn and avocado was to die for. Then a round of brownie, marshmallow and strawberry was served. Of course my sweet tooth couldn’t miss this.

Each individual was handed a golden envelope upon arrival and when the moment was right, we all opened to see who the lucky winner of £1000 was. Unfortunately it wasn’t me…

We browsed the extensive collection of brands and decided which our next splurges were going to be before chatting to fellow bloggers and doing a little bit of celeb spotting with NUFC footballers and James & Kate from MTV’s hit show Geordie Shore.

The evening was fabulous and the shop is simply stunning, the product selection is expansive, the layout is super luxurious and the lighting, it’s a blogger’s dream. A definite place to visit if you’re in the Metrocentre.

Flannels is located in the Platinum Mall (how very apt) opposite Pret and opens today! We totally recommend you visit. A pair of Jimmy Choos are our next purchase when we return. What’s yours? Comment below

  1. I’m so glad Flannels has opened up North!! I bought the most amazing pair of Valentino shoes when I was in Liverpool last month from the shop. I was super excited when they told me they were heading east. Looks like you had a great night!
